These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of plastomyc.com and any purchases made through the Site. The Site is operated by Rozenberg Group LLC under the Plastomyc brand (“Plastomyc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to any policies incorporated into them by reference.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, to purchase products from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You may use the Site only for lawful personal or commercial purchasing purposes. You may not misuse the Site, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the Site in violation of applicable law, or use the Site to commit fraud or other unlawful activity.

2. Dietary Supplement and Health Information

Products sold through the Site are dietary supplements and are not drugs. Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration unless expressly stated otherwise. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Product descriptions, articles, reviews, or other Site content do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using a dietary supplement if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, take medication, are planning a medical procedure, or otherwise have questions about whether a product is appropriate for you.

Always follow the product label, including directions, warnings, storage instructions, and serving recommendations. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

3. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, ingredient information, images, sizes, and other details accurately. Packaging, label appearance, colors, or other non-material details may differ slightly from images shown online. Ingredient formulations or packaging may be updated from time to time, subject to applicable law.

Products and quantities are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, restricted for the destination, affected by a pricing or listing error, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it for fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory problems, shipping restrictions, or errors in product or pricing information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.

5. Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. You are responsible for all charges shown at checkout, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges for your order.

Sales tax or similar transaction taxes may be collected where required. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar fees that are not included in the order total unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available only to destinations and for products shown as eligible at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Fulfillment or delivery may be delayed by inventory availability, label verification, carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, high order volume, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible. Additional terms are provided in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Cancellations

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Because the products are ingestible dietary supplements, we generally do not accept buyer-remorse returns or exchanges. Remedies remain available for qualifying damaged, incorrect, defective, or lost orders and where required by applicable law.

8. International Orders

If you order from outside the United States, you are responsible for ensuring that the product may lawfully be imported, possessed, and used in your jurisdiction. Customs authorities may delay, reject, inspect, or impose charges on shipments. We are not responsible for destination-country restrictions or import charges except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Accounts and Communications

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

By providing contact information, you agree that we may send transactional communications concerning your orders, account, customer support, security, and policy updates. Promotional communications are subject to applicable law and your marketing preferences.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, product names, brand names, logos, graphics, photographs, layouts, and other materials, are owned by Rozenberg Group LLC, licensed to us, or used with permission, except where otherwise indicated. Plastomyc, TaskON, CalmON, LifeON, and associated brand elements are trademarks, trade names, or other brand identifiers of Rozenberg Group LLC to the extent protected by applicable law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit Site content without permission except as allowed by law.

11. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights, contain unlawful or deceptive material, or make false medical or product claims.

To the extent permitted by law, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute content you voluntarily submit for publication in connection with our business and marketing. We may remove or decline content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, analytics services, and social-media platforms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control, subject to applicable law.

13. Errors and Corrections

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information on the Site. If a material error affects an order already placed, we may contact you with options, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that access to the Site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rozenberg Group LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Rozenberg Group LLC harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our customers, our business, or third parties, or where a user materially violates these Terms or applicable law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence apply and cannot be waived. Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes relating to these Terms or the Site may be brought in courts having jurisdiction in Wyoming.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your use or purchase will apply to that interaction unless applicable law requires otherwise. Material changes may be communicated by additional notice where required.
